The Poker Occasions (PokOcc) Festival 1 and 2 both saw a weekend of poker providing a mixture of tournaments with 1 true poker champion who through true poker skill to 'mix it up' in the different styles of tournaments walked away with the Poker Occasions Festival Trophy and an expenses paid trip to the WSOP 2009.

PokOcc1 (25th July 2008) consisted of a 1-day £100 No Limit Texas Holdem 'Tempered' Freezeout played over 8 hours and with a 5,000 chipstack, followed by a 2-day £250 No Limit Texas Holdem 'Deepstack' Freezeout played over 16 hours and with a 10,000 chipstack. 

PokOcc2 (30th January 2009) gave entry to 3 separate tournaments consisting of a Pot Limit Freezeout on Friday, Double Chance Freezeout on Saturday and a Speed Freezeout on Sunday, with each tournament providing a prize fund of £6750 based on the maximum of 100 players in each.

PokOcc3 will see players compete in a £60 No Limit Deepstack Freezeout on Saturday 10th October 2009 in The Fortune Rooms, Bangor, Northern Ireland.
