The final ballot for a Poker Occasions Ticket has now been held.  All successful members have been informed and have until 9pm Thursday 24th July to make the £385 entry fee.  To pay the fee navigate your way to the Tournament Information page for the festival on 25th July and if you have been successful in the ballot then you will be presented with a link for paypal.

Any 'unpaid' seat at 9pm Thursday 24th will be available for purchase via the venue, Napoleons Owlerton Casino.

July 22nd 2008

The first round of the ballot system for the Poker Occasions Festival has been completed.  Where successful members have paid the entry fee fo £385 then they have been allocated a seat.

The second round of the ballot system will take place this evening (Tuesday 22nd July) at 7pm and successful members informed immediately.  Successful members need to pay the entry fee of £385 before 9pm Wednesday  23rd July or their seat will be re-allocated in a further and final ballot to be held at 9pm on Wednesday 23rd.

Members participating in the Poker Occasions Festival or intending to visit as a spectator are reminded that they must first register as a member of the casino and carry photo ID at all times.

July 14th 2008

The first round of the ballot system for the Poker Occasions Festival has been completed. 

All successful members will be notified by 6:00pm GMT Wednesday 16th July that they have been reserved a seat for the weekend of 25th July and payment will be due by  12:00 noon GMT Friday 18th July.

Any successful member who does not meet the payment deadline will have their seat re-allocated in a further ballot.

July 5th 2008

The 'Register for entry' process is open to members of Poker Occasions who wish to compete in the Festival on 25th July.  Seats will be allocated by ballot with the first round allocation taking place on Monday 14th July - after this date successful members will be informed and requested to make immediate 'online' payment to guarantee their seat. 

If seats remain (including non-payment by first round successful members within the allocated time) then a further ballot will be held.
